The estate features 2 separate B&B suites available individually or together, including the charming self-contained Willow Cottage set in expansive 11-acreage. Whether for a wedding celebration, local event, or a gathering of friends, The Willows comfortably accommodates up to 8 to 9 guests, making it an ideal retreat for couples or a group.

The Sunningdale Suite, located on the ground floor of an elegant country home, offers generous space with accessibility features, ensuring ease of access through a private entrance. More than just a traditional B&B, Sunningdale boasts a large formal lounge that opens onto a beautiful north-facing front verandah, overlooking rose gardens and lush green paddocks adorned with majestic grey gums. It’s also the perfect setting for an evening aperitif while soaking in the serene surroundings.

The estate spans 11 acres of tranquillity, offering magical views and an ambiance of country charm. Nearby nature trails beckon exploration, with the Cabbage Tree Road Lookout a must-visit for panoramic vistas and birdwatching opportunities.

COVID-19 Prevailing State and Federal Health legislation apply (standard statement) GETTING THERE Ideally by car, The Willows estate is not hard to find. A train is available from Sydney, but it is not really viable to come here without a car and hosts Bruce and Pauline can arrange a pick up from Richmond Station for a small fee.
